My Philosophy

Quality in teaching and training is driven from the top down. Individuals may want quality, but are usually lacking in power and authority to demand and get quality. Quality assurance is, of necessity, a cultural and social mandate that has to be negotiated by all concerned, even the weak and powerless.

Trust, honesty and integrity are essential for uncovering and clarifying individual and organizational needs. An organization’s goals must be understood and defined from top to bottom in a consistant manner, and these cannot be mandated by fiat. Without this, the organization and its performance enhancement measures are inconsistant, contrictory nature, and most probably ineffectual.

Vision of goals, and the power of consensus, when in alignment have real impact on a teaching or training program!
